We ordered the crackle sink vessel with the matching faucet. When we received the shipment, the faucet did not match and it wasn't even the same pattern. after trying to contact the company who shipped it on numerous occasions with no response we gave up...I wish these people would stand behind their word. We still haven't installed it because we are still hoping they will make this right...kind of like Travelocity...they don't stand behind their advertising either!
Update...I have changed my rating to 2 stars as I have just received a response from New Look Plumbing, the supplier and they have assured me they will send me the correct faucet. When and if I receive the shipment as promised I will be happy to give a full star rating.
UPDATE: the new faucet ring arrived in record time and we love it...we now have a plain glass ring that we don't need and we are using our sink and faucet daily...love it!!!

Elegant sink!
I love it! Got it and installed within a few days (busy schedule) and though it came with a cool ultra mod faucet (picture) I had already purchased one that I liked especially so paired it with the sink and it looks fabulous! My hubby had it installed in about an hour and it just makes the counter top look soooo elegant and 21st century. They packaged it really well and there were no knicks, chips etc, and they communicated with me when I sent email and had no problems, would definitely buy from them again.
