Beautiful piece of furniture, not very well built though
This two sink vanity is more beautiful in person than the pictures can show. From the travertine slab to the hand-carved details in the wood, this is truly a stunning piece of furniture.
That said, there are a couple issues with the quality of the product. The travertine is polished, but it's still very rough. The striations in the stone have sharp little edges that can cut your fingers if you run your hands over the top of it (for example when wiping water into the sinks). Also, the wood is very delicate. Bits of wood chip off where the nails are at, revealing bright spots of unfinished wood. This is easily concealed with a furniture marker, however it happens nearly every time we clean it so we have to frequently touch it up.
So, if you have a low usage bathroom (perhaps your summer home in Tuscany), then this would do wonders there. But for an average couple with a daily get ready bathroom, I would suggest finding a normal Teflon-coated variety.

Absolutely the right decision to purchase!
I was a little leary of ordering online - furniture for over $1,000- but desperate to get the dream vanity for my bathroom remodel. I was not able to find anything comparable or reasonably priced locally and took a chance at on-line options. Within a week, delivery was made ahead of schedule. The quality of the piece EXCEEDS expectations. Customer service contact (they reached out to me) was friendly and professional. I would absolutely purchase again from this company and via Amazon.com.
Beautiful, sturdy and style
This is a well constructed attention getting piece that would complete any large bathroom. There is plenty of storage and cleans up easily!
